The Saint John Model Flying Club has members from Saint John and surrounding areas. We maintain a permanent grass field located on Saint John's west side where members can fly anytime weather permits. Pilots fly electric, nitro and gas powered aircraft. Wednesday evenings are the designated club flying nights, and Monday evenings are reserved for training new pilots. We have a glider slope location on the edge of the Bay of Fundy where pilots can take advantage of South-West winds on Thursday evenings. In the winter months, the club flies on Sunday nights in a high school gymnasium. We are a MAAC sanctioned club.
